Google hacked?
Posted on January 9, 2008 at 5:21 pm .Hi,
According to Google, they had a DNS problem, and the site was redirecting to SoGoSearch page.
I think this was not the result of a hack, or any security issues, some people are still having trouble logging in to Gmail, not getting Google homepage.
What do you have to say about this? comments please.

didnt really notice

I don’t know what’s up with that. I just noticed the problem with the google homepage. There are times that i have to enter letters because there’s some sort of error so I’m not directed to the homepage and it takes me a few attempts to actually be directed to the website. This is because even if I type the letters correctly, apparently “i don’t.”

Google have many data centers its depends which data center are you accessing for the search.
If you ask how many data centers does Google have?
The answer is nobody knows for sure, and the company isn’t saying. The conventional wisdom is that Google has dozens of data centers. We’re aware of at least 12 significant Google data center installations in the United States, with another three under construction. In Europe, Google is known to have equipment in at least five locations, with new data centers being built in two other venues.
